Whether you want classic jazz standards, the most current contemporary jazz, or even jazz with female vocals, the Jeff Taylor Quartet is just the ticket! Jeff's larger band, Frontline, provides perfect classic rock, current pop hits, and dance music for your larger parties.

Jeff originally hails from Kansas City and has been playing trumpet professionally for over 25 years. After receiving¾his formal musical education at the University of Kansas and at the world renowned University of North Texas Jazz Studies Program, Jeff began touring the world as lead trumpet for the Maynard Ferguson Orchestra. Jeff found a home in Dallas, TX while playing with Bill Tillman of Blood, Sweat, & Tears, where he became a founding member of the popular "Horns From Hell." Currently, Jeff is the frontman for the Jeff Taylor Quartet and his own eight-piece party variety band, Frontline.

Jeff has performed with such greats as the Clark Terry Big Band (lead trumpet), The Four Freshmen, Bob Hope, Jack Jones, Mel Torme, Marvin Hamlish, Mike Post, Chubby Checker, Christopher Cross, The Four Tops, The Platters, Doc Severensen, and locally with the Dallas Jazz Orcbestra and the Collection Jazz Orchestra. He has also performed by invitation of Presidents Jimmy Carter, George Bush, and Bill Clinton.

The Jeff Taylor Quartet and his larger band, Frontline, have been performing at parties and special events locally and worldwide for the last 5 years. Jeff also performs studio dates and is a current member of the Dallas Cowboy Trumpets.

Jeff surrounds his smooth horn playing and vocals with only the finest musicians whose sole purpose is to make your next event memorable!
